Business Office Specialist Clerical Module: Computer Keyboarding, filing, 10-key calculator, proofreading, Introduction to Computers and Windows concepts.
Microsoft Office Specialist Module: MS-Word 2007, MS-Excel 2007, MS-Access 2007, PowerPoint 2007,
Business Office Specialist Module: General Accounting, Acocunting papers, Quick Books, Office Operations, Business Practices & Communications.
Cost of entire program: $4,000.00 600 Hrs.
Clerical Module: $825.00 140 Hrs.
Microsoft Office Module: $1,380.00 160 Hrs.
Business Specialist Module: $1,795.00 300 Hrs.
Modules can be taken separately. The full program is eligible for financial aid. Modules taken separately are limited in the amount of financial aid available.
OPAC Certification will be offered. Office Profiency Assessment Certifications measure your critical skills & abilities necessary for success in today's complex office environment. Obtain a certificatin in 28 different skill areas, including MS Office word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, including MS Word, Excel and Access. Office skills tests include keyboarding, proofreading, data entry and transcription.
